The CERBA National Board of Directors is pleased to call the annual general meeting of members on October 7, 2021.
The Annual general meeting (AGM) is an important part of the governance process of your association. It’s where we get business done and where you have a say in the way your association functions. It is also where you get to make sure that CERBA is focusing on the issues that are most important to you and your business.
The 2021 AGM will be hosted by the Montreal Chapter.
Please note that if you cannot participate on the call, we encourage you to fill in and submit a Proxy Form authorizing another person to vote on your behalf. This person can be the Chair of the National Board, Mr. Gilles Breton, if you so wish.
All required documents will form part of the Board preparation package that will be provided by the end of August, 2021.
