    A joint initiative by the CERBA and the Embassy of the Republic of Belarus in Canada

    Traditionally, residents and guests to Belarus enjoy natural food products. What is even more remarkable, the quality of Belarusian food products is incomparably higher than its price. And finally, the products are delicious, in every sense of the word – an incomparable taste conquers everyone, with many switch exclusively to Belarusian products.

    Here are the three key elements that make the difference in favor of exporting food right now during the pandemic: (1) focus on developed markets, (2) promotion in branded form as opposed to bulk, and (3) targeting of premium markets, as opposed to mass markets.

    This is the reason the Canada Eurasia Russia Business Association (CERBA) and the Embassy of the Republic of Belarus in Canada organize a virtual convention  "Cooperation of Belarusian food manufacturers with Canadian distributors – from ethnic stores to large retail chains".

    Belarus is looking forward to developing sustainable business in Canada. CERBA is taking a leading role to offer the businesses an opportunity to get acquainted with the potential of the Belarusian food-processing sector. Participants will be introduced to the Belarusian food industry decision makers, Belarusian manufacturers and market experts.

    The event aims are to bring together Belarusian food producers and Canadian distributors to further understand the market and to facilitate establishing long-term cooperation.

    The virtual meeting is focused on:

    • strategic collaboration between Canadian food distributors and Belarusian food producers;
    • tips and hints on how to facilitate country-wide sales and provide a multitude of strategic opportunities for marketing and sales collaboration.
    We will also be:
