Mr. Nico Derksen
Nico provides cross border tax advice to companies and HNW individuals from all over the world. Trained as a Dutch tax lawyer, he started his career with the Dutch tax authorities in 1992. After almost 9 years he joined EY, for whom Nico served on tax advisory roles in the Netherlands, US, Slovenia, India, and Singapore. He is an Accredited Tax Advisor in Singapore, serves on the IFA executive committee in Singapore as Deputy Chairman, is a member of the Permanent Scientific Committee of IFA Central, and is a regular speaker at international tax events. Nico is further an associate faculty at the Singapore University of Social Sciences where he teaches the cross border tax module at the master of international taxation course.
Ms. Natalia Patseva
Managing Partner in FTL Advisers Ltd. Member of IFA (International Fiscal Association), STEP (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners). Natalia focuses on tax and family issues, succession planning for HNW private clients having various assets in multiple jurisdictions. Natalia is a regular lecturer and expert at many subject-matter conferences and she is the author of various articles on legal issues in such magazines as Legal Insight, Spear's Russia, Corporate Lawyer.
Ms. Maria Kukla

Maria has experience both in consulting law firms and as in-house lawyer (working in one of the leading wood production company in Russia). She perfectly has profound experience in structuring M&A and financing transactions in different industry sectors under Russian and foreign legislation. Ms. Daria Nevskaya
