The CERBA-Vancouver Chapter is pleased to invite you to the Breakfast Seminar organized in collaboration with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development represented by the Director, Head of the North American Representative Office, Michèle Small, who will provide the latest updates on its international financing programs as well as the other opportunities for cooperation.
The EBRD is an international financial institution that was founded after the collapse of the Soviet Union to help those Eastern European countries transition to free market economies through private sector investments funded by its shareholders—the governments of 67 countries, including Canada. Since inception, EBRD has invested over $140 billion to more than 5,000 projects, and is now the leading financier in most of the 37 emerging markets where it invest across Europe, Central Asia, North Africa and the Middle East.
