The CERBA-Vancouver Chapter is pleased to invite you to the Breakfast Seminar organized in collaboration with the GOWLING WLG and NorthBridge Consultants to update you on new government programs issued in 2018 to support and develop Canadian business.

The panel of speakers including Stephen Ferance,(Partner, GOWLING WLG) and Jaap Siekman  (Regional Manager, NorthBridge Consultants) featuring information on  Patents, Provisional Patent Applications and International Patent Filings as well as Government Funding available for the companies involved in innovations and business development in Canada.

The programs created for applications in many fields from scientific development to international cooperation and trade will be presented by the panel of experts and discussed with the audience.

There are many Government programs available that assist Canadian businesses with expenses related to R&D, New Product Development, Export Marketing and Workforce Development.

As part of the 2018 budget, the Federal Government has announced changes that will merge some existing programs, add several new programs and simplify access.
