CERBA has negotiated a special arrangement with ITE regarding participation in KIOGE 2017 to be held in Almaty from October 4 - 6th, 2017. We have secured 24 sq metres of space in Pavilion 10 (see attached). This would accommodate up to 4 exhibitors. The actual configuration is somewhat adjustable so that we can either have the exhibitors aligned as in the attached plan or in a more open environment within the 24 sq metres.
Each "pod" would come with a plasma screen, a bistro table, 2 bar stools, a literature stand, carpet, waste basket, company name on fascia and power.
The total cost of each pod would be approximately CAD $ 7,500, all inclusive:

*Includes: fascia panel with company name, walls, carpet, waste basket, electricity, connection. For every 12m²: 1 table, 2 chairs, 1 socket, 3 spotlights
- Ticket: Registration and Administration
- Placing information in the catalogue (up to 1000 characters in Russian and English)
- Inclusion in the online list of exhibitors,
- Inclusion in the online catalogue
- Printing of badges for the stand
- Exhibitor’s pack
- The organization of the registration counter and registration system
- Printed and on-line versions of the catalogue
- Advertising campaign
- Participation in a cocktail reception to celebrate the opening of the exhibition (2 tickets).

KIOGE SHOW BACKGROUND
Kazakhstan’s oil reserves put it in the global top 12. 78 million tonnes were produced there in 2016 – 80% of it exported. Gas reserves and production are also substantial. There’s also Kashagan – the most expensive oil production project ever. Kashagan is now up and running, and the equipment contracts it provides are huge. Every year, 221 exhibiting companies and more than 4,000 visitors get together at KIOGE to talk business and discuss new partnerships in the Kazakh energy market, making KIOGE the meeting place of the industry.
72% of the 4,231 visitors to KIOGE last year were the decision makers in their companies. A further 23% influence these decisions. What’s more, they are right at the heart of the industry. KIOGE’s visitors are on the ground – they know the industry, choose the equipment, and ultimately make the buying decisions.
